RESOLUTION NO. 2021-513
RESOLUTION APPROVING A RESOURCES ENHANCEMENT
AND PROTECTION (REAP) GRANT APPLICATION, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $200,000 WITH NO REQUIRED
CITY MATCH, FOR THE GREENBELT LAKE
IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 2 PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application dated August 2, 2021, for Resource Enhancement and Protection (REAP)
Grant funding, in an amount not to exceed $200,000, with no required City match, in conjunction
with the Greenbelt Lake Improvements Phase 2 Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of August 2021.
