itiat the Alcohol Incentive Grant dated August 25, 2003, in the
nt of $17, 000.00, for funding of overtime for OWI arrests and
mot r alcohol-related offenses, with no required city match, by
6between the Iowa Governor' s Traffic Safety Bureau and the
