(' °' E' HEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City

Hcro ct, etc. , for the construction of the F.Y. 2003 Falls
(Av /University Avenue ADA Pedestrian Way, Contract No. 669, in
city of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications,

co WHEREAS, the Engineers have filed said plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , and the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , be, and the same are hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of August, 2003.
