That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 8th day of September, 2003, for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. for the F.Y. 2003 Falls Avenue/University Avenue ADA Pedestrian Way, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of construction bids therefore, Contract No. 669. Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of August, 2003.
