Rested that they be allowed to hold NCAA Pre-National Cross

6 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of NCAA National Cross
Country Committee to hold NCAA Pre-National Cross Country Track
Meet on October 18, 2003, at Byrnes Park from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00
p.m. , and to barricade numerous intersections, be and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 2003.
