,� n1IREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
co Qj rPetre instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
prdiased plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
sW:' `Z003 Falls Avenue/University Avenue ADA Pedestrian Way, in
;C ty of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 669, and
H WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2003 Falls
Avenue/University Avenue ADA Pedestrian Way, known as Contract
No. 669, which were preliminarily approved on August 25, 2003,
and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September 8, 2003, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2003 Falls
Avenue/University Avenue ADA Pedestrian Way, Contract No. 669, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved
as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8t'' day of September, 2003.
