That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 22nd day of September, 2003, for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. for Concrete Replacement at Fire Stations No. 3, No. 4 and No. 6, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of construction bids therefore. Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2003.
