" t4iEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Building

9;414ial/Maintenance Administrator to prepare and file
cv qptqMcations, form of contract, etc. , for Water Treatment of
ea1Ei3 and Cooling Systems For City Buildings, in the City of
W#erlbo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and

- WHEREAS, the Building Official/Maintenance Administrator has
filed said specifications, foam of contract, etc. , and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, foliu of contract, etc. ,
be, and the same are hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2003.
