That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 6th day of October, 2003, for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed specifications, form of contract, etc. for Water Treatment of Heating and Cooling Systems For City Buildings, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of construction bids therefore. Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 2003.
