T H a H E-E STREET, CONTRACT NO. 670.
O F WIBAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
tiet to re instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
roposgd specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the
.Y. 200 Intersection Improvements for Franklin Street/1st
treet and Franklin Street/5th Street, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, known as Contract No. 670, and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
specifications, foim of contract, etc. , for the F.Y. 2003
Intersection Improvements for Franklin Street/1st Street and
Franklin Street/5th Street, known as Contract No. 670, which were
preliminarily approved on September 2, 2003, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September 15, 2003, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2003 Intersection
Improvements for Franklin Street/lst Street and Franklin
Street/5th Street, known as Contract No. 670, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 2003.
