RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING CERTAIN

o co d WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has had all the parcels
cA stzribed herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained,

y H WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described parcels
is snecessary to carry out the Low Income Housing Assistance
Prc ram (LHAP) ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the contract for the parcels
hereinafter described to sell the same to the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, all of which are situated in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa, are accepted and approved and the Mayor and
City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same in
behalf of the City and to execute all instruments necessary to
consummate the agreement to purchase the properties from the
owners thereof, and the deeds for the conveyance of the same are
also accepted and approved and the City of Waterloo is directed to
pay for the properties and the incidental expenses necessary to
the consummation of the sales from City funds.
The subject parcels are:
803 Mobile Street
Parcel No. 8913-24--408-006
Hattie Middleton, Owner
Total Acquisition - $4, 700.00
Shilliams 3rd Subdivision, Lot 7 and 8, Block 5, all in
the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 2003.
