That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 5: 30 p.m. on the 6th day of October, 2003 for the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and convey the Dunsmore House located at 902 Logan Avenue to Ben and Kaleen Hanson, and legally described as follows: Auditor Rainbows Plat of Bickslers Addition part Lot 64 commencing at point on West line Lot 64 which is 42.36 feet Northerly of Southwest corner thence North on West line 80.64 feet to Northwest corner lot thence Easterly 183 feet to Northeast corner lot thence Southerly on East lot line 66.56 feet thence South 82°30' 30" West a distance of 81.76 feet thence Northwest to beginning; and Auditor Rainbows Plat of Bickslers Addition South 50 feet East 53 feet Lot 62 all Lot 63, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
