/Ansborough Avenue and Greenhill Road/Rainbow Drive,
c No. 674, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in

s WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Traffic Operations has filed
said plans, specifications, form of contract and preliminary
estimate of cost, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, foam of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 2003.
