Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 :30 p.m. on the 22nd day of September, 2003,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the
F.Y. 2004 Video Detection System, West 4th Street/Ansborough
Avenue and Greenhill Road/Rainbow Drive, Contract No. 674, in the
City of Waterloo and the taking of bids therefore.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September, 2003.
