NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of contract and bond, etc. , for the F.Y. 2004 Video Detection System West 4Li; Street/Ansborough Avenue and Greenhill Road/Rainbow Drive, known as Contract No. 674, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
