NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATgRLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be constructed in accordance with said plans and
specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22D1 day of September, 2003.
