HEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

/lArt?pfore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
cAdMinistrator of said City to prepare proposed specifications,

form of contract, etc. , for the Salt Shed 2003 Roofing Project,

WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said preliminary specifications, form of contract, etc. ,
for the Salt Shed 2003 Roofing Project, which were preliminarily
approved on September 8, 2003, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September 22, 2003, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the Salt Shed 2003 Roofing Project,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of September, 2003.
