IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND txiN gq-l'ING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF O tr3 H H (-4-j ..1 tx, t H WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 6tn day of October, 2003, for the purpose of considering the request of Schaenette Allen for a site plan amendment to the "C-Z" Conditional Zoning for the purpose of adding a second salon chair and operator to home-based hair salon for property generally located at the intersection of Hess Road and East Shaulis Road, legally described as follows: Unplatted Waterloo West West 310 feet North 597 feet Northwest 1/4 Section 13 Township 88 Range 13 except highway and except that part to City of Waterloo as described in LD Book 568 Page 945 LD, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
