0 X m BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated September 22,
m -003, at a cost of $469, 700. 00, in conjunction with the Phase I,
Zeliminary Design of the Cedar Valley Riverfront Renaissance
terloo Vision Iowa Projects, including the Riverwalk Loop,
xC§dar River Dam Improvements and Cedar River Plaza and
AYtphitheater, by and between Earth Tech, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa,
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
' approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of September, 2003.
