o m d BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
1 tat the Agreement with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources
(° Hd September 22, 2003, to provide services to prepare the
'Crl4truction Machinery Company site for site remediation in the
H ate of Iowa Land Recycling Program, by and between Iowa
Drtment of Natural Resources, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be Eand the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
ex4eute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of September, 2003.
