That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 6th day of October, 2003 for the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to sell and convey property generally located at 518-522 Lafayette Street to James O' Regan, and legally described as follows: Original Plat Waterloo East Northwest 55 feet Southeast 146 feet Lot 1 Block 13, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
