Fi Hx0t� o +--1 O O RESOLUTION NO. 2003-655 s CDw 0 s RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO EAST HIGH O tr O • R H C) SCHOOL TO HOLD HOMECOMING EVENTS ON OCTOBER 8- CA X 0 11, 2003, WITH THE "TASTE OF EAST" TO BE HELD 1-4 o CD CO © H tx1 ON OCTOBER 8, 2003. cv x W H H tti 1 �`' ro s Csa : WHEREAS, East High School has made written application to the ECjAigouncil asking that they be authorized and permitted to hold (TiaAftning events on October 8-11, 2003, with the "Taste of East" I* 66L1eld on October 8, 2003, and co to O o WHEREAS, said East High School is requesting that the 200 block of High Street be closed in conjunction with "Taste of East" which will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of East High School to hold homecoming events on October 8-11, 2003, with the "Taste of East" to be held on October 8, 2003 and to close the 200 block of High Street from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. , be and the same is hereby approved.
