I 0 o WHEREAS, East High School has made written application to the
Nty Council asking that they be authorized and permitted to hold
E-annual Homecoming Parade on October 10, 2003, and

WHEREAS, said parade will start at 2:45 p.m. and end at 3:30
with parade route to begin at East High School, west on Lime
Street, south on East 4th Street to Sycamore Street, east on
Sycamore Street, and north on East 6th Street to East High School.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the request of East High School to
hold annual Homecoming Parade on October 10, 2003 from 2:45 p.m.
to 3:30 p.m. , with parade route to begin at East High School, west
on Lime Street, south on East 4th Street to Sycamore Street, east
on Sycamore Street, and north on East 6th Street to East High
School, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 2003.
