s WiHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
pCrfore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Adm4na strator of said City to prepare proposed specifications,
fox 6bf contract, etc. , for the Water Treatment of Heating and
Cooling Systems for City Buildings, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said preliminary specifications, form of contract, etc. ,
for the Water Treatment of Heating and Cooling Systems for City
Buildings, which were preliminarily approved on September 8,
2003, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October
6, 2003, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the Water Treatment of Heating and
Cooling Systems for City Buildings, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 2003.
