RESOLUTION APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO

WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City
%t +iaterloo, Iowa, approve a site plan amendment to the "C-Z"
e°nlaitional Zoning for Schaenette Allen for property generally
gated at 5049 Hess Road for the purpose of adding a second
EsWIOn chair to home-based hair salon and legally described as
foi ows:

Unplatted Waterloo West West 310 feet North 597 feet
Northwest 1/4 Section 13 Township 88 Range 13 except
highway and except that part to City of Waterloo as
described in LD Book 568 Page 945 LD, all in the City
of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on October 6, 2003, at
5:30 p.m. , at City Hall Council Chambers, Waterloo, Iowa, as
provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on
the proposal to approve said above mentioned site plan amendment,
and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site
plan amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a site plan amendment to the "C-Z"
Conditional Zoning for Schaenette Allen for property generally
located at 5049 Hess Road for the purpose of adding a second
salon chair to home-based hair salon, be and the same is hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 2003, and
approved by the Mayor this 8th day of October, 2003.
