..o 46 1 RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:

s the bid of Rampart Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa, in
4 �, amount of $68, 468 . 30, for the F.Y. 2003 Intersection
Improvements for Franklin Street/E. 1st Street and Franklin
Street/E. 5th Street, Contract No. 670, described in the plans
and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project, after public hearing on published notice required by
law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid
received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 2003.
