ro what the bid of B & B Builders of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
namovn€ of $49, 782. 00, for the 2003 Concrete Replacement at Fire
E's'Eiiins No. 3, No. 4 and No. 6, described in the specifications
(E34,1*'-'etofore adopted by this Council for said project, after public
__,114j-ing on published notice required by law, be and is hereby
"-) ACC-epted, the same being the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 2003.
