0 Btic cDT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
TkrA the bid of General Traffic Controls of Spencer, Iowa,
oin the,iallount of $38, 000. 00, for the F.Y. 2003 Video Detection
Systems for Intersections of West 4th Street at Ansborough Avenue
and Greenhill Road at Rainbow Drive, Contract No. 674, described
in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this
Council for said project, after public hearing on published
notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being
the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved by this Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 2003.
