BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
(1-) Exitilia:4 the three-year Beverages Agreement dated October 6, 2003 for
m **c/usive use of Pepsi products at Young Arena, by and between
Pc4i Americas of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
liex4Oute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
