NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Final Plat of Hilpipre Minor Plat, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, be and it is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, are hereby authorized and directed to certify and affix their signatures to said resolution.
