NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Release of Real Estate Mortgage dated October 6, 2003, for payment of Promissory Note in conjunction with the Kimball South Rural Water Main Project, by and between James and Kathleen Earnest, 510 W. Schrock Road, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
