tg ,- , L,WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Ilperintendent of Waste Management Services to prepare and file
t- specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the City of Waterloo
eT,Drop Site Recycling Collection and Disposal Program, in the City
ofWaterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Waste Management Services has
filed said specifications, form of contract, etc. , and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract, etc. ,
be, and the same are hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of October, 2003.
