That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 10 day of November, 2003, for the purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate an easement generally located along the north property line of Lot 8 in Ridgeview Addition and legally described as follows: The 8 foot utility easement as platted along the Northerly line of Lot 8 in Ridgeview Addition, except that part lying 8 feet East of and parallel to the West line of said Lot 8, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa; Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
