triZon4ng Ordinance, as amended, upon the recommendation of approval
of he City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission, as it
pertains to accessory buildings, calculation of average front
yard setback requirements, changes to Principle Permitted Uses of
the "A-1" Agricultural District, and changes to the wording of
provision of open porches and decks, a copy of which is on file
in the office of the City Clerk.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of October, 2003.
