tt'HE EAS, Main Street Waterloo is planning a holiday parade
sLe� scon unction with the "Downtown Lights the Night" Event on
Nr 29, 2003, from 6: 00 p.m. to 8 :00 p.m. , and

WREAS, Main Street Waterloo is requesting that they be
authorized to conduct said holiday parade.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Main Street Waterloo
to conduct annual holiday parade with parade route to begin at
the public parking area under 218 viaduct to 4th Street, 4th
Street to Mulberry Street, Mulberry Street to 5th Street back to
218 viaduct parking area in conjunction with the "Downtown Lights
the Night" Event on November 29, 2003, from 6: 00 p.m. to 8 : 00
p.m. , be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of October, 2003.
