for the City of Waterloo Drop Site Recycling Collection and
Disposal Program, which were preliminarily approved on October 6,
2003, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on October
27, 2003, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, form of
contract and bond, etc. , for the City of Waterloo Drop Site
Recycling Collection and Disposal Program, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of October, 2003.
