NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
ik so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be made in accordance with said specifications.
