WHEREAS, due to the insignificant nature of said Minor Site Plan Amendment, the Council did not deem it necessary to hold a public hearing, and WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said Minor Site Plan Amendment should be approved as proposed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Minor Site Plan Amendment to the "R-4,R-P" Planned Residence District for property generally located at the northwest corner of Memory Lane and Highway 218 to allow a six unit condominium to the north of the existing six unit condominium, be and the same is hereby approved. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of October, 2003, and approved by the Mayor this 29th day of October, 2003.
