CITY OF HUDSON AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID

o ("DtzJ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
the 28E Agreement dated November 3, 2003 for design, letting,
1W.truction and inspection of asphalt trail along Sergeant Road
y tom Falls Avenue to Walnut Street in Hudson, with a total
F-estimated project cost of $450, 000.00, with City of Waterloo being
rrponsible for $72,270.00, by and between the City of Hudson, and
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of November, 2003.
