RESOLUTION NO. 2003-740
RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A QUIT
CLAIM DEED FROM ALFRED AND VIOLA HERBSLEB FOR
PROPERTY GENERALLY DESCRIBED AS GARDEN
AVENUE, JUST NORTH OF 1635 GARDEN AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Quit Claim Deed, dated November 3, 2003, from Alfred and
Viola Herbsieb conveying unto the City of Waterloo, Iowa, certain
real property generally described as Garden Avenue, just north of
1635 Garden Avenue, described as follows:
Parcel "D"
The East Seventy-two (72.00) feet of that part of Lot
Sixty-three (63) , Meadowdale Second Filing, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, (now in the City of Waterloo) described
as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot Sixty-two (62)
in said Addition; thence West along the South line of
Garden Avenue, One Hundred Fifty-five (155) feet and
One Half (0.5) inch to the East line of Wren Road;
thence South along said East line One Hundred Seven
(107) feet to the North line of the South Four Hundred
Ninety (490) feet of said Lot; thence East One Hundred
Fifty-five (155) feet and One Half (0.5) inch to the
East line of said Lot; thence North One Hundred Seven
and Thirty-two Hundredths (107 .32) feet to the point of
beginning, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Parcel "C"
That part of Lot Sixty-three (63) , Meadowdale Second
Filing, Black Hawk County, Iowa, (now in the City of
Waterloo) described as follows:
