AS ''OLLOWS?:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa
shall meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 1st day of December, 2003 , for the
purpose of considering and acting upon a proposal to vacate, sell
and convey city right-of-way generally located along the
southerly intersection of Marigold Drive and Washington Street to
John Hill and Andy Austin, and legally described as follows :
The 60 ' x 139 .44 ' right-of-way of Washington Street
(formerly known as LaPorte Road) that lies Westerly of
the most Easterly line of Tract T of Cedar Hills
Addition extended Northerly, and Southerly of the most
Northerly line of Tract T of said addition extended
Easterly, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa;
for $1 . 00, plus costs .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of November, 2003 .
