that the agreement dated November 10, 2003 for Homeland Security
tvertime Program grant in the amount of $99, 936 . 00, with a
iequired local match of $24, 984 . 00, by and between the U. S .
Department of Justice Office of Community Oriented Policing
Serries (COPS) , and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved.
