o- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
tY the Agreement dated November 10, 2003 , at a cost of
$20000 . 00, to provide professional services for the
° redevelopment of the Logan Plaza Shopping Center, by and between
Er le:avor Group, Inc . of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
attorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
