Family Video Movie Club, Inc .
All that part of Lot 2 , Block 35, of the Original Plat
of Waterloo East that lies Northerly of a line drawn
from a point on the Northwesterly line of said lot that
is ten feet (10' ) Southwesterly of the most Northerly
corner of said lot, to a point on the Northeasterly
line of said lot that is ten feet (10 ' ) Southeasterly
of the most Northerly corner of said lot , all in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Raycom America, Inc .
That part of Lot 9, Block 60, Cooley Addition in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, described as
follows :
The Southwesterly 5 . 5 feet of the Southeasterly 20 feet
of Lot 9, Block 60, of Cooley Addition, except that
part to City of Waterloo as described in CLD Book 633 ,
Page 287, as recorded in the Black Hawk County
Recorder' s Office, all in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa;
be and the same is hereby approved and accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of November, 2003 , and
