RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
s a SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
o J COST, ETC. , FOR IRV WARREN MEMORIAL GOLF CART
° STORAGE BUILDING.

WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
5;:0rvices Director, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form
of contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the
cpr struction of the Iry Warren Memorial Golf Cart Storage
Building, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the
spfications, and

C-WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said plans,
s er�fications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth day of November, 2003 .
