cio 4 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall in6et at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 :30 p.m. on the 1st day of December, 2003 , for
the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the Iry
Warren Memorial Golf Cart Storage Building, in the City of
Waterloo and the taking of construction bids .
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of November, 2003 .
