QJHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
Svices Director, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form
0, of contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , for the
ccrostruction of the Gates Pro Shop ADA Restroom Addition, in the
Cittr of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
spH WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said plans,
ec zfications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
etc and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of November, 2003 .
