RESOLUTION NO. 2003-763
RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO GRANGER &
ASSOCIATES AND EDGERTON CONSTRUCTION TO ALLOW
MULTIPLE CURB CUTS ON LOTS HAVING LESS THAN
100 FEET OF FRONTAGE FOR LOTS 144-152 IN
GRANGER' S 2ND ADDITION AND GENERALLY LOCATED
ON PHEASANT LANE, EXTENDING NORTHERLY OFF
BROOKERIDGE DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
WHEREAS, Granger & Associates and Edgerton Construction have
made written application to the City Council for curb cuts on lots
having less than 100 feet of frontage for Lots 144-152 in
Granger' s 2nd Addition and generally located on Pheasant Lane,
extending northerly off Brookeridge Drive, and legally described
as follows :
Lots 144 , 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 150, 151, and 152 ,
Granger' s 2nd Addition, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, that said request should be granted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is authorized and
directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the
Black Hawk County Recorder for recording and the Black Hawk County
Auditor for filing in order that this said action may become a
matter of official County Record.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November, 2003 .
