SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
o co tlat `the Application dated November 17, 2003 , for FY 2004
L-- ECO4pmic Development Initiative Special Purpose grant in the
ec arxotnt of $357, 660 . 00 to be used for infill construction,
acquiition and demolition, community policing and emergency roof
repairs in the targeted Brownfields area, with no required local
m qh - by and between the U. S . Department of Housing and Urban
D67Velppment (HUD) , and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same .is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
saris in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
