L- 4-10L11c) tT' Q L- Q Cs] t:5 1--' 0 ".) s tREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa has been informed by oGaddc Group, LLC and its assigns that a Low-Income Housing Tax tI'di < placation will be filed with the Iowa Finance Authority :�=r'�' eedevelopment of affordable rental housing to be located at Trllow and Idaho Streets, Waterloo, Iowa with a legal description as follows: Tax Parcel ID #8912-19-176-001, a 35. 45+/- acre parcel to be subdivided into a 10+/- acre parcel as proposed in Exhibits A and B attached, all in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa. WHEREAS, this housing project will contain up to fifty-six (56) units, and WHEREAS, the units will be targeted toward family, and WHEREAS, the project will be a new construction, and WHEREAS, Gandolf Group, LLC and its assigns has requested local assistance through a Tax Abatement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that we support and approve the development of the aforesaid housing in our community, subject to city ordinances and the building permit process. This resolution is effective until April 1, 2004. In the event that any of the characteristics mentioned above should change prior to the issuance of a building permit, this resolution is null and void.
